RETURN POLICY:
There is a 30 day limit on all returns. If there is a
warranty issue with a product, the warranty will be covered by the
manufacturer. We do not pay for return shipping for any returns, unless we have shipped the incorrect item. If you return the item within the 30 days unopened and not used, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge.
Any opened and/or used product will receive a 20% restocking charge.
In the event that your order was shipped incorrectly, we will assume all shipping charges to correct your order.
Drop Shipping
Rods that are marked to be drop shipped are subject to availability, so it is always good to email us
or call us at: 224-366-7049 to check on the stock status of the rod.
The manufacturers have been known to take up to 4 weeks to replenish
their stock.
