The "New" Zappu Mustang Head jig is a totally new concept on swim jigs.  The Mustang Head is a sister to the PD Chopper Jig from Zappu.  It was created with a wide flat concave jig head which pushes water and gives a more subtle action than a chatter bait.  The Mustang Head is meant to be used with small swimbaits and worms. 

As you can see in the pictures if you use it as a shakey head it will lie perfectly on its head on the bottom.  Bill Lowen called the Mustang Head "the best draggin jig he's ever seen".  This jig has a titanium weed guard, large super sharp #1 hook, and the head is 97% tungsten.
