Policies & Procedures:
Turn around is 3 weeks, from the time we receive the reel.
Parts cost Extra.
As much as we try to keep all the parts in stock if we are out of stock, it will be a five week delay.
Parts are expensive (especially Japan Only reels).
All work is guaranteed or your money will be refunded.
If we feel the reel is not worth fixing we will not fix it.
