This is Evergreen Lures COMBAT LURES Series of baits.  The ESFLAT is a flat sided hard plastic swimbait.  Great for Giant bass, Huge Northern Pike, or Monster Muskie.  The color patterns on the ESFLAT swimbaits are fantastic.  They use a #1 size hook in the front and rear, a #4 ring size in the front and rear, and a #4 size eggsnap in the front.  The bait is 14.5 cm long and it weighs 55 grams.
